AGS Wins Delphi Pinnacle Award

In 2004, Delphi created a Pinnacle Award Program to recognize suppliers for outstanding quality performance or quality improvement. The AGS Scarborough Plant received this award at Delphi ’s first annual event, on April 29th, 2005. This is a tremendous accomplishment and is a result of the Scarborough Plant’s unrelenting customer focus on quality and process improvement. Delphi ’s requirements for recognition include:

Delphi’s criteria include areas which align with AGS’ principles; quality across their processes and delivery ratings, effective use of technology in the Delphi Supplier portal, and an emphasis on teamwork within Delphi ’s purchasing organization. While this marks a tremendous achievement for the Scarborough facility, it also reinforces that across the company we are focusing on the right areas.
