Painting/Plating

  • AGS processes bumpers for zinc or nickel/chrome finishes
  • Accommodates Class “A” external painted sheet metal
  • Pretreatment wash, E-Coat, anti-chip primer and topcoat, and powder coats
  • Superior backside coverage eliminates requirements for additional coating
  • Robotically controlled air spray systems
  • Maximum capacity for 3.0 M bumper annually

Stamping

  • 200+ presses up to 8000 tons
  • Presses up to 102” X 204” bed size
  • Single and double action transfer presses, progressive presses and tandem press lines
  • Robotic transfer and quick die change systems


Welding

  • MIG, Protection, Resistance spot and press welding
  • Dedicated and programmable robotic and automated weld cells with walking beams
  • Fully equipped labs for analysis of welds, catalogue data for historical records
