AGS Quality Management System
AGS’ approach is to integrate sound quality principles into everything we do. Following these goals and principles will help assure that we provide superior value for our customers, employees, stakeholders and communities.

Goals
We are committed to three goals in order to ensure complete customer satisfaction. These are:

1. 100% defect-free product
2. 100% on-time delivery
3. Continuous improvement/cost savings initiatives of all manufacturing and administrative processes.

Principles
In order to achieve these goals, we integrate five quality principles into everything that we do.

AGS is involved in the design, development, testing heavy metal stamping, blanking, roll forming, manufacturing, assembly and sequencing of automotive products. Capabilities include painting, tool machining, welding, plating, flat polishing and testing of this product line. The nature of the product requires that quality and reliability are emphasized throughout the original equipment design, manufacturing, inspection, testing, assembly and delivery.

The Quality and Manufacturing System are described within the Corporate Quality Manual, which outlines the policies and procedures that ensure effective control of product and system quality during the design, manufacturing, inspection and assembly process at all AGS facilities. Quality representatives are assigned to each AGS location, with processes, documentation and audits locally managed and executed.

Quality Certifications
All AGS Manufacturing locations are ISO14000 and ISO/TS16949:2002 registered.

Supplier Quality
We expect all our suppliers to maintain the same level of quality, delivery and focus on cost savings initiatives as we do. We would expect our suppliers to maintain comply with TS16949 standards.
