AGS is proud to supply front impact systems to both the Light Duty and Heavy Duty versions of the latest General Motors full sized pickup trucks, known as the 900 series. The new version incorporates fifty one different paint, chrome and fog lamp variations which are shipped just in time to five different GM assembly plants.

AGS is able to manage such a large volume of product mix and color, in part, through the design, implementation, and operation of state of the art automated assembly lines in a dedicated facility. It has also been made possible through the creation of an integrated manufacturing supply base of expert partners who thrive in a flexible operations environment.
