2017 GM Supplier of the Year Award

AGS Wins General Motors (GM) Supplier of the Year Award

AGS Automotive Systems, a Tier 1 leader in the manufacturing and supply of automotive bumper systems, is proud to announce that it has again been presented the 2017 General Motors Supplier of the Year award for Performance of Exterior Structures.

GM recognized 132 of its best suppliers from 17 countries who have consistently exceeded GM’s expectations, created outstanding value, or brought new innovations to the company. AGS was benchmarked against supplier competitors and was provided an overall rating on a total enterprise approach and business relationship. Specific measurables included innovation and engineering support, quality and delivery performance, warranty claims, cost competitiveness, launch performance, overall cost of delivery to GM’s assembly operations and cultural alignment on factors such as transparency, communication and responsiveness.
